Meet Brian Leighton, Executive Benefits Consultant

The Insurance Partners (TIP) is thrilled to announce the addition of Brian Leighton to our dynamic team. Brian comes to us with a wealth of knowledge cultivated during his 25 years in the employee benefits industry, including his role at United Benefit Advisors (UBA), where he managed vital vendor and carrier relationships. 

During his tenure at UBA, his primary focus was on equipping employee benefit consulting firms with effective strategies and information to drive business growth. Brian cultivated enduring relationships, empowering benefit consultants to explore new avenues of growth for their clients. 

Keith Johnson, TIP's Executive VP of Distribution, highlights Brian's proven track record and extensive network of trusted brokers. Johnson notes, “He is a key component in our commitment to serving the entire U.S. with expertise in the executive benefits space.” 

Beyond his professional achievements, Brian is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine, holding a bachelor's degree in business administration and management. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, staying active, traveling and watching great movies.
